We want you to be fully satisfied with your rock 'n' roll gear; if you aren't, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all official tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by the portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
